On October 10th at 19:00, José M. de Areilza will introduce participants to power and influence in organizations. This topic is seldom discussed in formal education, despite its profound impact on career outcomes. Areilza will introduce key concepts to analyze, obtain, and use power in day-to-day organizational dynamics. Participants will be able to learn and reflect through this talk in English, “Leadership, Power, and Influence.”
José M. de Areilza Carvajal holds a Doctor of Juridical Science degree (S.J.D.) from Harvard Law School and has published extensively on European Union Law and Politics and on the Geopolitics of Europe. He is the Secretary General of Aspen Institute Spain and is a Professor at ESADE. Areilza has taught at INSEAD and London Business School and is Vice President of the US-Spain Council Foundation.
